Before your visit
When is my appointment confirmed?
After reception reviews your request, we’ll email your appointment confirmation. Your private request link always shows the latest status, including if an email is delayed.
How can I change my request?
Use your private link to request a different date, time or cancellation. An existing appointment remains unchanged until reception processes your request.
