Know what
to expect.
Clear information to help you arrange a visit to CareMed. We are open Monday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Request and confirmation
Use our CareMed visit request form to choose a service and preferred arrival time. Your name, email address and mobile number are required. Times are shown in Philippine time; requests are available up to 30 days ahead with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Your request remains pending until reception checks availability and confirms an appointment. Keep your private request link and check it for confirmation before travelling. We send a request acknowledgment and booking updates by email, including confirmation, changes or closure after reception review. Check your private link for the latest status if an email is delayed. SMS updates are not sent automatically. Each 30-minute arrival window is a preference; it is not a reserved slot or the total procedure or consultation duration.
For same-day visits or help choosing a service, call the clinic or use the callback form. Callback requests do not reserve a time or send an automatic booking confirmation.
Fees and inclusions
Approved fees in Philippine pesos are listed on our laboratory, package and imaging and ECG pages. Packages contain the examinations listed. Consultations, additional tests and employment clearances are separate unless specifically included. Confirm your complete request and total before proceeding.
Payment arrangements
No payment or card details are collected through the visit request form. Payment is arranged at the clinic; CareMed will confirm the fees and available payment methods. Contact the clinic before paying if the amount or instructions differ from what you agreed.
Changing your plans
Use your private request link to ask to reschedule or cancel. A change request remains pending until reception processes it; an existing confirmed appointment remains unchanged until then. You can also call +63 961 771 7228 or email hello@caremed.ph with your name and visit date. Ask CareMed to confirm revised service or doctor arrangements. Do not include medical records in scheduling messages.
Arriving prepared
Bring your request, identification and relevant earlier reports. Follow the instructions for your exact test or examination. Read the patient guide, and ask CareMed if anything is unclear. Do not change medicines on your own.
Report release
See results assistance for planning estimates and collection guidance. Your actual release arrangement is confirmed at your visit and may change if additional testing or medical review is needed.
